I’m sure you’re all looking forward to the festive season, spending your lunch breaks Christmas shopping for family and friends. As in recent years, Afflecks are aiming to help those less fortunate than ourselves by collecting gifts for Barnados.
Please take the time to buy an additional gift this Christmas and drop it off, unwrapped at the Team Afflecks office on the 1st floor and we will pass the gifts on to Barnados who will then wrap and allocate the gifts to the children.
Barnardos believe that the lives of all children and young people should be free from poverty, abuse and discrimination. They support children from birth to 18 years of age, the children are primarily from families who are experiencing extreme poverty or seeking refuge in Manchester. Gift Ideas; Family games such as ‘Snakes and Ladders’ or ‘Guess Who’ are ideal, toiletry sets and T-shirts are great for teenagers.
If you wish to donate please pass your unwrapped gift to one of the Afflecks team in the team office on the 1st floor by Thursday 15th December.
